Approach
We began with a thorough audit of the client’s equipment inventory, maintenance records, and utilization patterns. We then piloted the telematics tracking and maintenance alert system on a subset of the fleet to demonstrate its effectiveness, and worked with management to develop a phased plan for fleet upgrades.
